Senior Maintenance & Integrity Eng – SMI/E
Role Summary
The Senior Maintenance and Integrity Engineer is responsible for the integration of all preparatory work and interface management leading to delivery of a fully populated Maintenance and Integrity system, the associated planning effort required and Flawless Project Delivery leading into successful Operational Excellence Audit (after Start-up).
The preparation for the Operating Phase, including first six months of operation, is an integral part of the project execution phase.
Leading the Maintenance execution team: when at full strength, this will constitute 3 Direct Reports
Requirements
· Experienced Maintenance Professional with BSc/HND or Equivalent in an Engineering Discipline
· A minimum of 10 years experience in Maintenance / Project / Facilities / Construction Engineering. Will have held both a project Maintenance delivery role and implementation of Technical / Asset Integrity into a Project.
· Good inter-personal, communications, influencing and presentation skills are essential.
· Team player. Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills with good communications skills (i.e. report writing and presentations) are essential. Working under pressure in challenging environment.
· Ability to successfully manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Capable of rigorously implementing and enforcing global standards, procedures and Maintenance work processes
